Thanks for so much information! I miss our little Armenian restaurant in Dearborn Michigan where I first heard of Laban. If we said “labnah” the owner/waitress would politely say”an order of Laban-garlic or plain?” I make my own now but it will never taste like hers-don’t get me started on her creams and puddings❤️
