Hey there! I’m Apoorva, a writer and editor from (and currently based in) Chennai. This is my newsletter, a fortnightly publication where I write essays (occasionally poems) on food. I originally started this newsletter as a sort of recipe digest (“cooking during quarantine” as I called it) and gradually, it morphed into an essay-thoughts-feelings-reported pieces newsletter.

What should I look forward to?

I hope to send an essay, either on food/culture or something personal and mostly irrelevant, every month. It will also contains links on things I enjoy reading, and other miscellaneous news. I don’t have paid subscriptions yet, but you can support my work for the price of a cup of coffee.
